No changes to your town since your last update will be reflected. If you wish to keep it private, speak to Luna and select "Dream Address." This number will be shared on your TPC, so anyone you play online with will be able to see it as well. You can share this with others to let them directly find your dream. You can then choose whether to allow others to download your custom designs or set them for viewing only. She'll first ask you to consider if there's any potentially offensive content in your town: custom designs, bulletin board posts, etc.
To upload a dream of your own town for other players to visit, lay down on the couch in the back and Luna will guide you through the upload process. To wake from the dream, get back to the bed you arrived in.

All shops are also closed, and you can't leave the town by any other means except the bed near the Town Tree. Most importantly, nothing you do in the dream world is permanent, meaning you can't take anything out of the town, and any damage you do will be gone the next time you visit (Likewise, you'll see no damage to your town from visiting dreamers). Visiting a dream version of a town is similar in many ways to visiting the "actual" version of the town, but there are many limitations to the experience that players should be aware of before entering a dream. The Dream Suite is a Public Works Project that is unlocked after the player has been the mayor for seven days - simply speak to Isabelle in the Town Hall while she is napping to add it to your available Public Works developments.
